Check synchronization with the picture server

Checks that a PNG file on the picture server and on disk are identical.

Usage 

checkPngSyncronization(fileUrl, filePathHd)

Arguments

fileUrl

URL of the file on the picture server

filePathHd

Path to the file on disk
