Update enrich policies in Elasticsearch

Refresh (overwrite and re-execute) the enrich policies as stored in the ntsportal package (inst/enrichPolicies). This will also update the ingest pipelines. The function will return a number of task IDs on ElasticSearch, which may take a while to complete.

Value

a vector of task IDs for all enrich policy execution tasks
